Banner placements

Your name on the stage for five hours

We print them, hang them and take them down. You send artwork. Placements are limited and go in the order they're paid.

Booths and banners are assigned in the order applications are approved and paid. Our first two years sold out, so apply early rather than late.

Before you apply

What you're responsible for

Your own setupTent, tables, chairs. Tent weights are required. It's an open desert lawn and the afternoon picks up wind.
Your own paperworkBusiness licenses, permits and California sales tax are yours to carry, not ours.
Load-in timingGates are at noon and load-in opens two hours before. Be set up before the first guest walks in.
The audience1,800 people, on site from noon until six, settled in with chairs and blankets. They browse between sets.
